Tumbled hematite

This stone is thought to have grounding and anchoring qualities, helping one to feel more stable and secure. As an iron-based mineral, many feel hematite is beneficial in supporting a healthy blood supply.  Others feel because of its stabilizing qualities, it makes the ideal companion for courage, strength, and endurance. These qualities may also help, especially when paired with amethyst when trying to quit what some might consider a bad habit (smoking or drinking for example).
