Refund policy

The market has been flooded with crystals, gems and minerals and often times there is virtually no way to tell if an item you wish to return came from this store or some other source, therefore RETURNS ARE HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS and most items are generally non-refundable, with the exception of damage occurring during shipping. Any returns granted are for store credit only.

In the event you should desire to attempt a return it must be done within 21 days of purchase in-store or within 21 days of receipt of an on-line purchase.  If you wish to return a damaged item from an on-line purchase, please retain all packing material until you are instructed to discard it. 

To start a return for an online purchase, you can contact us at aworldapartllc@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note; you are responsible for paying for return shipping. No shipping costs will be refunded and or credited. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be honored.

To return items from an in-store purchase, bring in your digital receipt and items to be returned.  Items must be unused, unworn, with any original tags or packaging intact.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Most items we sell are not eligible for return. Re-read the top of this page for clarity. Furthermore certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

No return are accepted on sale or clearance items, mystery boxes, and gift certificates. 

Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Again, most items are non-returnable and in most cases returns are handled on an individual basis for store credit only. 


Refunds

No refunds will be issued, only store credit is giving for qualified returns. 

For online orders we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If your return was rejected you will be given an explanation and if you would like the item shipped back to you, you are then responsible for the shipping costs. 

 

Damages and issues - online orders only


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO.
