Refund & Return Policy
I want you to feel good about what you receive from my shop. Because of the nature of crystals and unique items, returns are handled on an individual basis.
Due to the large volume of similar products on the market, it is often not possible to verify the origin of returned items. For that reason, most items are considered non-returnable. However, I’m always open to reviewing situations on a case-by-case basis.
Return Eligibility
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery (online) or purchase (in-store)
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging if applicable
• Approved returns are issued as store credit only
Damaged or Incorrect Items (Online Orders)
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Contact me within 5 days of delivery
• Do not discard packaging materials until instructed
• I will work with you to resolve the issue
How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to proceed.
Please note:
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Items sent back without prior approval will not be eligible for return or store credit. If you would like the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
In-Store Returns
Bring your item and digital receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Sale or clearance items
• Mystery boxes
• Gift certificates
• Custom or special order items
• Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
• Personal care products (perfumes, lotions, etc)
• Hazardous materials
Exchanges
Because most items are one-of-a-kind, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If a return is approved, store credit can be used to select a new item.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued.
Approved returns are provided as store credit only.
